Black mold in my rental home from PRM in Hays KS. I had sent emails about the mold in February 2022. It is now November 10th 2023. This issue was never resolved even though I emailed and went to their office about this problem. I have been having respiratory issues ever since living in this household with a case of pneumonia. PRM chooses not to help us with this and only paints over the problem. PRM won’t even locate us to a new unit to fix this life threatening problem. We are so happy with this company and staff. My son is a grad student at the university and he has the perfect apartment. They are very nice and accommodating. I feel good knowing that he is in a clean and well managed place. Thank-you.
