Don’t recommend at all unless you want to be totally chipped out of money. They will also lie right to your face, not to mention the woman that works in the office is completely unprofessional. I mean, just go read the countless bad reviews of them taking money, deposits, moving out problems, living conditions, refusing to fix mold issues, and the lady has been mentioned as well!! A money hungry, greedy company that gives nothing but the landlord special!! DO NOT RENT AT ALL.
Black mold in my rental home from PRM in Hays KS. I had sent emails about the mold in February 2022. It is now November 10th 2023. This issue was never resolved even though I emailed and went to their office about this problem. I have been having respiratory issues ever since living in this household with a case of pneumonia. PRM chooses not to help us with this and only paints over the problem. PRM won’t even locate us to a new unit to fix this life threatening problem.
