This business replaced my roof after it sustained heavy storm damage. The owner was courteous and personable and very easy to work with. He gave me a quote that compared favorably to other recent roofing jobs in my neighborhood, and he stuck to it, telling me up front that he wasn't going to "nickel and dime" me. And removing the shingles exposed considerably more damage than was anticipated. If Jiel L.'s report is accurate and there isn't much more to the story left unsaid, then I don't understand the world anymore.
This business is completely unprofessional. The owner is rude and nasty. They were supposed to come and complete some work on my home and never honored their appointment. When I called to ask why, the owner hung up the phone on me. I called again to complain and was hung up on again. i reported this to the bbb.
