After breaking my ankle, I lost a lot of muscle and was having balance issues. Trenton asked my concerns and I said “balance.” We focused several exercises at every therapy session to improve it. He also gave me copies of several exercises that I could continue to do at home. All the staff was very courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend this facility.
I had excellent therapy for strengthening my overal body. Appointments easy to make, Trent and Chris very professionnal and caring. Excellent place for rountine exercise with Silver Sneekers
Great staff. Cindy in the front office is awesome. And Trent really knows his stuff. All are very helpful and professional. This is my second time using this business. Highly recommend
A very professional staff, before my first treatment I had to use a cane to get around and thought I might have to get a hip replacement but after a few treatments my hip feels much better, I can get around much better ,no cane, hip feels almost like new
