There business practices are a little shady. It started day 1 when I was told I had to pay the balance of my deductible ($100). My portion was much less due to claims that processed before theirs was submitted. This over payment was held alone with the other overpayments. I asked for a refund and was told by the receptionist "it's not my job ". I was given the phone number to their billing department.
