The billing department is awful!!
The service provided was great, however the billing department is absolutely TERRIBLE.... I have asked for a copy of an invoice for flexible spending purposes 5 Times, and to date have received 0 copies in the 3 months..... Now my flexible spending account is locked up thanks to this billing department. PATHETIC...... They always tell you, "yes, we will send that right out". They fail on the execution!
