I can't remember the young lady's name but she was so sweet, patient, and tender with me during my mammogram. She is an excellent person, and you all are so Blessed to have her working for you all. Quick easy and friendly!
At the counter as I signed in for my MRI, I was, immediately, notified that my VA authorization was expired therefore I could not receive services. I explained to the clerk that I had spoken to the VA prior to y arrival at the office and that everything was clear. Otherwise, I wouldn't have driven all the way from the East side. I politely asked them (the office clerk) to please get the VA on speaker phone so I could get the authorization code for them, but they refused. They told me to take a seat while they called the VA. ... read more
