I had a bill which I paid a month ago. Since then I've received a bill for the same service. I called the number on the bill and told them the date that they took the $$ from my account and I pulled up my online pay account which said balance was zero. They said they didn't have an online bill pay. I said they most certainly did & it was on every bill they sent me. Then they miraculously found that they did have online bill pay. The service provided was great, however the billing department is absolutely TERRIBLE.... I have asked for a copy of an invoice for flexible spending purposes 5 Times, and to date have received 0 copies in the 3 months..... Now my flexible spending account is locked up thanks to this billing department. PATHETIC...... They always tell you, "yes, we will send that right out". They fail on the execution!
