Got a oil change here about 1-2 weeks ago whoever did this is responsible for reimbursing me because now I have oil in place it shouldn’t be clearly don’t know what your doing because it wasn’t tightened all the way only way I know it was leaking it because it smelt like gas pouring through my air vents also I had my toddler in my car so I had to shut off the a/c and roll the windows down I’m very pissed and will not be returning nor do I recommend this shop to anybody because they also took my car and had it in the shop for... read more
Always efficient and reasonable pricing. I got tires there when I first got my car, and I needed a sensor this round. They are patient and friendly as I discuss with my old man about the best choice and when I am asking them more questions for clarity. They don't treat me like I'm stupid because I'm female. The old man brought me up working on cars so my short fall is the way the computers have changed what you can do at home. I appreciate when mechanics can understand that and talk to me at my level.
Hands down one of the best garages in parkersburg. Went there with brake issues and Ben had me in and out of there with in the hour. Took my other car there and he did repairs on that one as well. I can honestly say this is the place to go if you want friendly service and your car repaired correctly
Been going here for years and ben is always courteous and takes time to help understand the situation. Always top notch
