Dr. Butler is one of the most amazing medical professionals I have ever met. When I first started I remember telling her there was no way I would be able to do what she recommended. Here I am, 2+ years later, "graduating" from therapy. I could not have gotten where I am today without her. She will forever be one of those people who have touched my life and forever made the most significant impact on me and my well being.
I have been working with Dr. Butler for 6 months now and have noticed significant changes in my thought processes. She has truly helped me to learn how to battle depression and anxiety. Attending her therapy sessions has helped me to understand more about myself and my behavior. I have become more social, kind, friendly, more capable of dealing with anxiety on my own, and I finally feel happy and fulfilled. Dr. Butler has really helped me to "plant the seeds" for change. She is truly amazing and knowledgeable.
