Staff is friendly and professional. I was able to get my assessment and diagnosis. My psychologist by the name of Kerwin- he was a friendly and professional psychologist that has been committed and with me in my journey to being self compassionate and understanding my concerns regarding my trauma, behaviours and patterns. He has given me some modules to work on each session which I find super helpful and educational. Have been going to Professional Psychological Services. St Marys for about 1 month on a once a week consult basis. From the very first communication with desk staff I have found them friendly, professional, helpful with arranging my appointments + texting me a reminder message 24 hour before my consult. My Psychologist is helping me greatly through my therapy, the understanding, enthusiasm, shown is invaluable . A really good team . I have no hesitation of recommending and a 5 rating
