Therapists are good - admin staff the total opposite. I would avoid this place if I knew they would give me a hard time for a feedback, or an assessment, or any type of written results for my multiple visits. Admin lady said: your therapist already verbally "told" you the feedback you needed. Disappointing.
Staff is friendly and professional. I was able to get my assessment and diagnosis. My psychologist by the name of Kerwin- he was a friendly and professional psychologist that has been committed and with me in my journey to being self compassionate and understanding my concerns regarding my trauma, behaviours and patterns. He has given me some modules to work on each session which I find super helpful and educational. These people are about the money and that is all. I was told that it would cost thousands of dollars for a diagnosis. When I went to Mind Over Matter at Kingswood, I was given my full comprehensive diagnosis minus the thousands of dollars. Please try visiting Nav at Mind Over Matter if you really need help.
