It's absolutely disgusting how they give patients the runaround. I was a counseling patient for months before my counselor quit the practice and I was never assigned another therapist. Now, I'm trying to get back into therapy through them for weeks and I get told by the call center multiple times that they will leave a message for the "mental health office" and I still haven't heard back. I was given a direct number, but nobody ever picks up when I call it. I'm just on hold indefinitely. Somebody should sue this place for ne... read more

The ladies at the reception desk are always pleasant and go out of their way to get the appointment that you need. The professionalism is rare these days.
Genuinely kind, understanding and efficient staff through and through.
I have had many bad experiences with psychiatry offices but Dr. Jonathan and Ms. Mary from the Sanford office have offered nothing but support and kindness during the intake process. Their positive attitude and friendliness is so inviting and approachable unlike any office I’ve ever visited. 5 stars
