Hard to get in contact with this office.. left 3 voicemails and they cannot respond. Regretting referring them to new clients thinking they’d have the decency to call back Giving them 1 star because the front desk worker seemed to be kind. This place is far from professional. They are unorganized, they are disrespectful AND almost never answer the phone. I would love to go into detail but it would be too personal for me. Regardless, if you have the option, please go elsewhere. This place put me through the roof with anxiety. There was only 1 staff member that was good, and that is it. Me and my husband have never had problems but we have been calling the St. Cloud office right down on Louisiana ave and no one answers the phone I hope and pray they aren’t closed but it says on the google that it’s open and closes at 5pm so WTH IS GOING ON PEOPLE WE ARE ON SERIOUS MEDICATIONS AND NEED REFILLS SMH I love this place but I’m not happy at all now I’m going to have to go down to the office I suppose…or someone please help me
I've been calling these people every day for over a week, no one ever picks up. Left a message on Friday, today is Tuesday, and no return call. These people ought to be ashamed!!! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
