Called to ask about a product, talked to "customer service". Was advised if I looked on the website, I would know what products were offered and wouldn't have to call them to ask such questions when everything is shown online. Sorry to have made you answer the phone and take up 5 seconds of your obviously so valued time. Definitely will be shopping else where, where the company can answer a question about their products.

Great comfortable masks for a decent price. I bought 10 for about $84 including shipping/tax.
Ordered masks from this place two times.The first time the masks were shipped quickly but they were shipped in a plain paper envelope and I was charged over $10.00 shipping when I live in the same town as this manufacturer. The second time I ordered masks,I waited 4 business days before enquirers got as to when the masks were going to ship,the manufacturers response was “they didn’t know and it can take 3-10 business days for the masks to ship. Purchased some masks for the virus and disappointed. Fabric is frayed on the edges of the raw cut masks and not exactly the quality I was expecting for masks that I spent $75 (including shipping) for 10.... feels like a complete rip off. I will use them since we can't seem to get our hands on anything else.
