The team at Professional Process Servers were great to work with, from pre-sales questions to the actual service of process itself.
I paid for skip tracing and server fees and they couldn't locate the person. I called the person that is supposed to be served and the person informed me that PPS, LLC had the wrong address. Wow, really sad and frustrated.
My attorney had hired Alex to serve somebody in Michigan and in the midst of I don’t know how the correspondence got screwed up, but he hired somebody that did two Skip traces did not serve him when I provided with him written information about the address that he was going to be at when he was going to be there photos of the house, photos of the truck and he was not served and I am being charged for this not only by Alex, but by my attorney and Alex had called me and talked down to me like I was a stupid little teenager and... read more
FIRST - They misplaced my email for civil service of a summons and complaint in Denver County Court, which has a fixed return date when filed, so time is of the essence. I only discovered their negligence when I called several days later to learn the status of the service, and the call-taker told me that they had received my email, but had not noticed, and had done nothing.
