FIRST - They misplaced my email for civil service of a summons and complaint in Denver County Court, which has a fixed return date when filed, so time is of the essence. I only discovered their negligence when I called several days later to learn the status of the service, and the call-taker told me that they had received my email, but had not noticed, and had done nothing.
