Billing Department The worst to deal with. They don’t answer the phone. After several tries finally picked up the phone and left me on hold Bad attitude people and Lazy ppl working for this company
Ordered a hip xray at 6:30pm, asked for it right away, and to call me with results. At 10:30pm I called and asked for result's, person said they can’t do it until AM. I received NO communication from them and family and facility were waiting. Very poor customer service, will not use them again!
