Ordered a hip xray at 6:30pm, asked for it right away, and to call me with results. At 10:30pm I called and asked for result's, person said they can’t do it until AM. I received NO communication from them and family and facility were waiting. Very poor customer service, will not use them again!

Not very reliable and customer service team is not helpful.
Was a good company but they changed there policy. They used to come out to my place ( Group Home ) Because I to have bad anxiety Now being told they are not coming out. I have to be bed bound for them to come out. Really sad. This used to be a nice company.
