I hate to leave bad review. However this is the worst pool service and customer service you can get. Please steer away. The guy often came in and out within 2 mins. Not sure if he even checked or did anything to my pool. I came out right after he left and checked the basket and it was not emptied with full of bugs and debris. I called and asked them to come back to do what they are supposed to do as part of their service and Ginger - (who is their receptionist I guess) said with full of attitude she needed management approva... read more
We cannot speak highly enough of Professional Pools. We hired them to design and build our pool last summer, and it was an stress-free experience from start to finish. Justin, the owner was very easy to work with. He brought our vision to life and we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend using Professional Pools as your maintenance service as our pool is always sparkling clean.
I had a problem with my pool/spa heater that another company diagnosed as a bad ignition control module. I reached out to Professional Pools for a 2nd opinion. They responded very quickly and arranged their service appointment around my schedule. During their troubleshooting, they found out that the control board was bad and recommended a new heater. We were very disappointed with Professional Pool Service we made an appointment to have a consult for free. They rescheduled and then we rescheduled they never showed up then we get a phone call asking to approve a work order for over $2100 not ever coming to look at our pool problem.
