We were very disappointed with Professional Pool Service we made an appointment to have a consult for free. They rescheduled and then we rescheduled they never showed up then we get a phone call asking to approve a work order for over $2100 not ever coming to look at our pool problem. Writing to give a compliment to Jonathan from PP who services our pool. Every week our pool looks absolutely great after he leaves and we appreciate his effort. No matter the weather, or what the weather has done to our pool he is there and without fail it is left looking great! We have a massive tree over our pool that sheds daily into the pool so we know it if a tough task and a lot of effort goes in to getting to the form Jon leaves it. Just wanted to say thank you !

We recently had some issues with our pool to where they had to send the repair man out, which was Nick. Nick was nothing short of amazing! He addressed all my concerns (which were a lot) & even let me watch him work.
