I DONT KNOW WHO THE YOUNG GUY THAT CAME TO PLUM UP OUR GENERAC BUT LET ME TELL YOU HE DID NOT TIGHTEN UP THE HOSE TO THE GAS I SAID YOU DIDNT TIGHTEN IT THE ELECTRICAN DID HE SAID OH WELL I MISSED ONE LIKE IT WAS NO BIG DEAL. THIS GUY NEEDS TO BE REPRIMAND JUST FOR THE ATTITUDE THEN HE SAID THE METER FAILED THE AIR INSPECTION I ASK WHATS NEXT HIS REMARK WAS I DNT KNOW SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE

10/10 recommend using Professional Plumbing. Jerome was great when it came to scheduling and was clear about hourly rates on the weekend. Nick came out early on a Saturday morning and as soon as he knew the job was bigger than expected he suggested a weekday be-back to avoid weekend labor costs. Brought Johnathan with him the next business day to help and they got the job done. They were very professional, conscientious and respectful. We will definitely be using them again.
