On time, professional, and got the job done! Gave me some options that saved money in the long run.
The plumber was neat, polite and professional and took time to survey the whole house for potential plumbing problems before leaving. He arrived very late. The company called to advise of his delay and honored their guarantee to not charge the $49 service fee. He accepted the web coupon from the SuperPages site. Still, even without the service fee the total price was pretty high. After waiting so long I wasn't in a position to refuse the service, but I'm discounting one star for the cost.
We have had the best service from your company than we have ever had in our lives. Your service man was the hardest working man we have ever seen!!! It was in the 90's the day he was here and he only stopped for lunch. We would surely recommend your company to anyone we know. Thanks for sending us a great service man and getting the job done.
