Responded to my call right away. I was unfortunately between a rock and a hard place when the water at the street refused to turn off and a water pipe burst inside a wall directly behind my water heater. I have copper pipes and this particular pipe had already had a section removed due to pin hole corrosion by another plumber. Unfortunately, another pin hole had formed in a nearby location. Great service and great response time. I was in a pinch and needed to get the water turned back on for my 3 tenants. Beto was on site in 30 minutes with the right tools and the right parts. 30 minutes after that, the water was back on. Polite, professional, proficient.
