This company did a great job repairing the water leaks in my mom’s restroom.
Outstanding customer service and support from the whole team. Gas line installed for New cooktop and will be back to install new toilets. Great price and service. We will definitely use them in the future.
My water heater died & this company came highly recommended so called them to replace my water heater. They did. It leaked immediately. I called them to come back. They did and I was told (quote) "oh we forgot to finish the drain pan and seal it". They "fixed" it then sprayed the ceiling with Kilz and called it a day. The stain never went away or came back. Today I was told after the ceiling starting leaking in the last 24hrs and today separated "the drain pan isn't set properly or sealed completely". Lessons to be learned I... read more
“Hometown” service and value seems to be very rare these days. My wife described our problem over the phone and based on the info this company was honest and suggested what we should do. No service call charge or BS work to temporarily fix the issue. I will DEFINITELY use this company for any future plumbing needs.
