What a disaster it has been dealing with this company. I placed an order for a 45-inch acrylic tabletop on March 19, 2025. It was supposed to ship in 3-4 weeks but it didn't finally arrive until 9 weeks later (and only after I chased after the Professional Plastics salesperson 3 times). And when it did arrive, it was chipped along the edge in 3 places. I even received a notification from UPS that it had been damaged. As for delivery, unloading, people, all good .. space very tight for semi ... here's what to do ... pull up to dock, check in, if another truck is there, back up and pull to the fence on your right and wait. When he's gone, pull up, and angle hard to get in the dock. If a straight truck is in front of you, you won't be able to dock .. just have patience here
