This place is the absolute best. Ive purchased cutoffs for small projects, been handed others. They make no money off of me but have always been helpful and courteous when I feel bad for even asking. Hopefully one day I need a large order to pay them back for their service. If they help their for profit customers anything like they’ve helped me I am pretty certain there isn’t a better supplier in the state. Thanks again
They delivered material with cracks, then had me wait an extra week to deliver replacement material. I waited one week and they forgot to send out the replacement material. I called them promptly and I was told I had to pay $45 to have the material delivered that day (already 1 week late due to their numerous mistakes). Furthermore, they charged me double. I had a great experience at Professional Plastics in Denver. I went in needing advice for my project. Mike greeted me and was helpful. He listened to my need and went to work finding the right product and getting me taken care of. I left a few minutes later with the product in hand and my project back on track. Excellent service.
I went to willcall in Denver from Colorado Springs and Chelsea, Robert and Shephenie were very helpful and lovely to me. I needed to get back before rush hour and they only took 5 min and loaded my order in my car !!!
This company offers great products and customer service. Chelsey in the sales department is excellent-she always checks to be sure the products I order will suit my application and delivery times are quick. Even though the warehouse was busy, Robert took time to answer my questions. Glad this company is in the Denver area!
