Dislocated my shoulder on a snowboarding trip. I could barely lift my arm above my shoulder on my first visit. After few sessions, with exercises, heat, and ice therapies, my injuries arm is almost back to normal. Julie is the best! She is kind, professional, and treats you as a friend. The place is clean, large, and keeping social distancing really good.

Julie is a wonderful PT! One of the most patient centered professionals I have worked with. I have worked with her for a chronic and an acute issue, and both times I saw significant improvement in my activities of daily living by following her program. I appreciated her evidence based approach to treatment, and customized plans according to my specific needs. The best PT I have ever had! In the few short weeks I have been working with Julie at E49th Street her combo of heat, stim, exercise and stretches have helped me recover mobility and reduced my pain. I no longer need painkillers. I never thought I would actually say "I look forward to PT tomorrow", but I do, I enjoy my sessions , her upbeat and welcoming attitude makes the physical work enjoyable and, I love the progress I am making. I have been a patient of Julie Carr for the past few months and I have Noticed the change in how I walk. She gives her Patients individual care. Also the place is safe and everything is wiped done after each use. Vanessa who works at the welcome Desk is so friendly.

Julie is a very warm, knowledgeable, and professional physical therapist. She is attentive to concerns and provides genuine one on one care during the entire session. The location is convenient, clean and there is plenty of tables and space to perform the exercises and maintain a distance. I highly recommend this physical therapist.
