I had an exceptional customer service experience with Maddie at Professional Pharmacy today. She went out of her way to help me resolve a prescription issue that was caused by a different pharmacy. She listened to me, was very empathetic to my situation, and made several calls to the other pharmacy and my physician right away to help me. I can’t say enough good things about this Compounding pharmacy! They always go above and beyond to take care of my son’s prescriptions, and Maddie is truly amazing She’s so thoughtful and attentive-She takes the time to keep me updated throughout the day, explains everything in detail (even how flavoring is mixed) with a handwritten note with all of those instructions.
