We live in a Museum Park condo. Our HOA has been looking for a contractor to do some repairs and upgrades on our building area. We noticed a neighboring building doing some similar work. As we reported to our HOA, this company was doing this work, and much of it seems substandard. Curbs that were replaced are out-of-alignment now, one big hole in the concrete was just filled in with sand/earth, and the bumpers protecting the building from errant cars weren't even re-installed correctly. Only great things to say regarding this company and Paul who MADE IT HAPPEN! The project was located in a Mauser Packaging Solutions facility in Chicago and was a very critical and time constrained project including weather impacts. Paul was very attentive, communicative, and customer service oriented. I cannot thank him enough for a great job done on our parking lot for the employees. We just had our parking lot milled and resurfaced last weekend, and the finished product is amazing! Paul Price is fantastic to work with, and was a tremendous help getting us squeezed in at the tail end of the season. They knocked the whole project out in one Saturday! Paul personally helped escort some of our elderly patients from the remote lots to the front door of our facility.
