They've agreed to come back because the smaller surface cracks were not sealed and grass/weeds continue to grow freely. The weight of the equipment apparently left some new cracks in the asphalt which also need to be dealt with. The two main problems - a large tree root and a pothole from a water line leak - were fixed well. It looks great, but needs an application of weed killer.
