The aggressive and incompetent billing department outweighs any good of the rest of the employees. I never received any paper bill and was never contacted about any debt but they sent me to collections over $122.
For the physicians and nurses that worked with me: This rating does not pertain to you. You did great work with my surgery etc. But this rating is for your BILLING DEPARTMENT. I am very upset. I have been having issues with this company since after my surgery last year. I have been sent to collections due to poor billing management with your carrier or affiliated company.
