Had surgery to remove ganglion cyst over 10 years ago. Excellent experience from start to finish with Professional Orthopedics and staff. Dr Gentile is an exceptional physician who knows his specialty inside and out and even referred me to a Rheumatologist for possible Raynaud's and Lupus diagnosis. Dr Gentile was 100% correct. Terrible unprofessional admins. I called Friday for an appt. no answer left a voicemail and no call back. It's now Monday on hold for 8 minutes listening to a recording over and over again. Finally get a rude woman that transfered me to another voice mail. When I told her that I called Friday and no one called me back her response was we are busy. Called back another 8 minutes listening to the same recording on hold. Of course I scheduled an appointment with another Dr.
