Professional Oriental Rug Care in San Clemente did an amazing job on my silk rug. It had some stains and odors. The results were unbelievable. My rug looks gorgeous. They were very thorough and professional in their work and communication with me throughout the process. Their services were smooth.
I had never had my carpets cleaned before but after moving into a new place, my allergies were really bad, and I knew I had to do something. Professional Oriental Rug Care San Clemente called ahead before showing up which I really appreciated. They were very nice and courteous throughout the whole process and even took a video of some issues they noticed so I could share it with my landlord. Prices for additional services suggested were very reasonable. Will definitely be calling them back!
Wow! what an honest and professional experience with Professional Oriental Rug Care San Clemente! They came out to our new home and did an amazing job on our carpets. During their inspection, they actually discovered mold and a clogged drain system that could have caused serious health issues down the line if left untreated. I just got my rug back from Professional Oriental Rug Care in Santa Ana and I’m seriously happy with how it turned out.
