Not coming back. Went to get my mani and pedi for the first time there today and it was poorly done. At the beginning, they were very friendly, but then when I started not liking the way that my nails were being done and pointing my concerns, immediately the lady that was doing it seemed annoyed and didn’t address my issues. The reason why I went to the nail salon is because I have tons of skin and it hurts if it is not removed. It ended up not being well done and my nails now look bad with nail polish on…
Really awful vibe
Nails didn't come out great and alot of imperfections left around the acrylic that I had to file down. The pedicure was okay but definitely felt like steps were missed for both services. They did not greet as I walked in or ask how im doing and overall was a bit rough/ impatient. Didn't have time to mention the issues as I had to run. Will mention the place was clean. I likely won't return and will continue going to my other nail salon where they are at least welcoming.
2 of the girls are very rude, my one daughter left crying the last time she went because she said the girl made her feel like it was a big inconvenience and my other daughter went at a different time to give you another chance and said the girl let out a big sigh when she said her nails were not quite right. Perhaps work on your customer service skills for the amount people are paying you should be grateful to customers
