There is a short, thin, asian woman in her 40s, who did my nails today. She was very rude when she spoke to me and I felt like I was being scolded. She was not delicated when she was grabbing my hands. She did my manicure and colour too quickly, no attention to detail, it felt so rushed and not properly done . She was disrespectful towards me. The management team of the company should be aware of this situation and improve it.
I came here on a Tuesday and got in straight away. I had Biab (gel nails) and it was beautifully done, it wasn’t thick like other salons I have been to, and it wasn’t too thin either. The ladies are lovely and the service was on point. I will be back.
I had a great experience, the staff are extremely lovely and talented. I got exactly what I asked for and I love them! Will definitely be coming back
