We paid for 3 men to move us and one of the guys was sick the entire time hunched over and carrying empty baskets and such one at a time! I tried and tried to contact management but he was conveniently out of town and no matter how many times I called after that he NEVER called me back. After a couple of months I gave up. They lost the parts to my crib on their truck and I didn't get those back for a few days- so that was fun with a little one and no crib.
