My initial experience was with a lovely girl working the dispatcher desk. We were shipping a very expensive motorcycle from Michigan so we were worried. I was able to track it on my phone. When it was in Ohio I called and spoke to her. I requested to pick it up in Richmond ourselves so my husband would have it for the weekend. First class service from pickup to delivery. Movers are friendly and nothing broke during a big move. Took a lot of stress out of the process. Reasonable prices for packing. Highly recommend.

The service was great! The guys are neat professional and actually caring about your stuff. The move coordinators are great. Nothing went unexpected. They communicated very well with details about my move. Very cost sufficient. I'd recommend this company to anyone moving. They are absolutely great.
