Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience. I hired this company to move my furniture and mount my TVs. They damaged my 75” TV and refused to take proper responsibility. They never mentioned that TV mounting had extra charges — their movers made it seem like it was $95 per hour, but after taking an extremely long time, they suddenly claimed it was $1 per inch. Extremely cautious about your nice furniture and making sure that you were completely satisfied. I would highly recommend professional moving preppers for local or long distance moving given their very good reputation and track record.
