Have had absolutely great work done here. Ricardo cuts to the chase, and tells you like it is. He and the team also explain all options, taking into account customer budget. Lastly, he warranties all of his work, and stands behind it. One part he installed failed, and he replaced it, no charge. Definitely will continue going to Professional!

Best euro mechanic in south OC. My family and I have been going to Ricardo for 30 years with our BMW’s, Mercedes, and Jaguar. Knowledgeable, experienced, fair, and quick. Excellent communication as well. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great mechanic.
Worst service ever. Ricardo the owner charges for new parts and installs used or refurbished or trades parts with cars he has there. Also claims to know auto paint shop that will fix your car but does the work there at his shop. They call him the Tijuana Mechanic. Update:12/7/2020 Ricardo has not contacted us to return money that we payed him to get truck restored. $10,500.00. We have truck at another shop now almost complete with full restoration and paint and motor also done at a real mechanic shop who restored it complete... read more
