My experience with Motorcare- trans has thus far been a very great experience : with the minor exception that sometimes my driver arrives much too early (an hour or more before my scheduled appointments)which is Not so good. Perhaps 30 mins early wouldn't be so bad? Otherwise, keep up the good work! ;)
Great customer service
DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO TOW YOUR VEHICLE!! This company preys on individuals that are in need of help. My car was in an accident and he just "happened" to be in the area and offered to tow my car to their lot for pickup. When he realized that I would not be using his garage for service, he held my car hostage and inflated to $2,000 for one day Plus tow fees. They had only had my car for one day.
