Richard was awesome! He was able to get out to our place quickly and gave us a detailed support. Quite literally he saved my life- by identifying a mold that I am severely allergic to, my partner and I were able to get into a healthier living situation. Who knows what would've happened if hadn't had it tested. 10/10 recommend!
