Daren was able to give us a very reasonable window for arrival. He let us know when he was on his way and was punctual in his arrival which was much appreciated. He was very thorough in his explanation of the testing process and in testing our home. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient in answering our question... and we had a lot of them! I would highly recommend this company if you have any concerns with mold in your home.

Professionalism from start to finish. I spoke to Richard initially, who was interested in understanding my concerns, and provided a thorough outline of what to expect from the process. Daren arrived the next day within the agreed upon timeframe, was very professional and even sent me a text to let me know when he was about 15 mins away. This was really helpful as it gave me time to coax my three indoor dogs outside. The process was quick, and painless. I would highly recommend.

I spoke to Darren for a consult and he answered so many questions we had, explained the entire process and I can confidently say this company is trustworthy and professional. I appreciate that it separates inspection and remediation so there’s no conflict of interest. If we have any issues in the future and need to proceed with a full inspection we will be going with Professional Mold Inspections and I’ll be recommending them to family/friends who need help as well.
