I have done business with Ron several times and do feel like he knows his business. However, I am very dissapointed that he won't stand behind it. Jan 12 he installed new awning fabric and in order to do so he removed the rear awning arm. Three days later while traveling on I-40 outside Amarillo that rear arm dislodged from the rig causing a chain reaction where the entire 21ft awning tube and all blew out into interstate traffic where it was hit by an 18 wheeler and damaged the rear luggage door and blew out the window of t... read more

We had a Sunday evening emergency (both house batteries were dead). We couldn't put the slides out, and one of our leveling springs broke. Rob came out quickly, diagnosed the problem in no time, went to town and got the battery he needed, and came back and not only did he install the two new batteries, he cleaned the connectors, the area around the new batteries and he helped us get the RV leveled. We have an older RV, so the parts needed to repair other things may or not be available, but he was willing to try. He is honest... read more

We had an emergency suspension repair needed to get back on the road. They had a new leaf spring made and installed within a few hours and we were able to continue our trip. Saved the day!

Needed his assistance with a insurance claim after a blowout. Told me he would write it up ans submit it. One excuse after another but no claim filed. Had to buy all parts out of pocket due to upcoming departure date. Still have not heard back from him in over a month.

Showed up in a beat up truck. I asked lady on the phone if they kept parts available for my brand tongue jack and she said yes. That's not true. Service guy was here for 5 minutes and said I needed to replace entire jack and he would have to order it, I'm only here for two days and he couldn't get me fixed that fast. He then tried to charge me $295 for his 5 minute service call. No I didn't pay it. But he did try. Not some one I would do business in the future.
