Showed up in a beat up truck. I asked lady on the phone if they kept parts available for my brand tongue jack and she said yes. That's not true. Service guy was here for 5 minutes and said I needed to replace entire jack and he would have to order it, I'm only here for two days and he couldn't get me fixed that fast. He then tried to charge me $295 for his 5 minute service call. No I didn't pay it. But he did try. Not some one I would do business in the future.

Ron was very professional with all facets of communication and repair, our new Jayco slide unit motor was not operating. He was able to promptly repair it handle all the paperwork take care of everything in the best and most professional manner of anybody I've ever dealt with in the RV business. I would highly recommend him to anybody.

Wow…Ron and Ken know their stuff. Very satisfied with his service call fee and labor price. Ron is very knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, and all around good guy. He was prompt and communicative. He was more than willing to work with the manufacturer to resolve warranty issues. He’s a techie and will offer suggestions about how to bring your RV into the 21st century! Call him before anybody else. You’ll be happy that you did.

Ron was very prompt and knowledgeable on all things RV. He had us up and running in no time and we won't hesitate to use him again even if its via phone while out of physical range.
