I scheduled a front brake appointment with Xavier and was quoted $100 for Friday between 10–11 AM. The morning of, I didn’t hear from him, and my texts went unanswered. When I called, he seemed unaware of the appointment and said he wouldn’t be available until later. This was unprofessional and inconvenient, as I could have booked someone else if I’d known.
