Hired Xavier, a mobile mechanic, for a belt replacement, oil change, and diagnostic on my ’85 Oldsmobile. Instead of fixing anything, his work caused my car to stall and not start at all the very next day. He installed parts incorrectly and admitted that “the pulley might fly off” — which shows clear negligence. When I reached out, he didn’t offer to fix it or refund anything.
