Edit: this man is in no way a professional. When he first started out he was humble and kind; very respectful and professional, but recently I discovered that he’s not honest about prices, he misdiagnosed my car and he is very pompous. He always has an attitude and totally lacks compassion. I trusted him and believed what he told me was wrong with my car.
