Nancy is very helpful and patient with someone like me who is new to the world of medical equipment. She took the time to explain the timelines and insurance to me. Unfortunately, even with four insurances, they only go through the primary, doesn't make sense to me that I'd have to pay anything with four insurances including Medicare and Tricare, but will do more research. They have to follow guidelines and policy. The company has been very helpful in orienting me to this confusion and with the appropriate gear.

Someone named Karen that's suppose to be the manager made me feel like she didn't want my business. I've been with this company for about 8 years at the Killeen location. Karen kept lying and giving me the run around about my insurance. I called my insurance and had a representative on the 3 way line with me that also told Karen that her information was incorrect and that they would approve me for new equipment and especially because I have a new doctors prescription and my old equipment is not working properly.
