Great people - very good service and have always done a fine job taking care of my needs. I highly recommend this business!
Nancy is very helpful and patient with someone like me who is new to the world of medical equipment. She took the time to explain the timelines and insurance to me. Unfortunately, even with four insurances, they only go through the primary, doesn't make sense to me that I'd have to pay anything with four insurances including Medicare and Tricare, but will do more research. They have to follow guidelines and policy. The company has been very helpful in orienting me to this confusion and with the appropriate gear.
My experience with Karen and Nancy was great. Knowledgeable, helpful people.
