This place is horrible! I called almost 2 months ago for a C-Pap machine and was told the company is transitioning to a new owner and they aren't buying C-Pap machines. I was told it will be a couple weeks. I called a month later and I am #80 on the list. I called again today and they don't know when they will have the machines in. They didn't ask for my name. They told me I have to contact my doctor's office and have them send the prescription elsewhere since I decided to go somewhere else. Horrible. They seem incompetent l... read more

I didn't have an appointment, but the ladies at Professional Medical were able to get me in to have my Walker taken care. They told me it would be a small wait, and i told them that was fine. This place is the real deal. For all your medical equipment. No need to look any further, From the office staff and the owner, they went above and beyond going out of their way to get me taken care. If you need medical equipment i highly recommend Professional Medical.
