No service after the sale! Professional Marine installed a new Hi-Tide boat lift in 2019. Shortly after putting the boat on the lift for the first time 1 of the I beams sunk about 1 inch. It hasn't sunk any more so I was just going to have them adjust the platform when they came out to do the annual service that was promised and stated in my contract.
