Wow, what a difference! We brought in 5 of our rugs for a deep clean and they came back looking fantastic. We had an unfortunate pet stain in 3 of the rugs and they came back looking brand new and the odor was completely gone! The turnaround time was incredibly fast, and the customer service was top-notch. Efficient, professional, and excellent quality. Will definitely use them again!
