We have been using Professional Irrigation & Design for more than 10 years to take care of our irrigation system and wholeheartedly recommend them. They respond to our needs in a timely fashion and are reasonably priced. You can't go wrong with Professional Irrigation & Design!
I wish I could give a 'zero' rating! I tried speaking to them about installing my backflow preventer. While the representative I spoke to was pleasant, his manger who was helping him answer questions, got extremely rude and loud and they finally concluded that they are not willing to come and fix the preventer; and they are 'unable' to even provide a quote or estimate the cost of the service. Several years ago I used Professional Irrigation for a period of 12 years to service the existing system at my home in Cranberry Twp. At that point we decided to downsize and we purchased a new home without an irrigation system. Another 12 years has past since we moved. Don't look anywhere else for your irrigation needs! A neighbor recommended Professional Irrigational & Design after we kept getting the run around from every other place we contacted. This company is amazing!! From start to finish, everyone was extremely professional and personable. Communication was great, and workmanship was amazing. From plumbing to exterior design and installation, they were meticulous. Clean up was great, too.
