I used Professional Insurance for a year, and my experience has been consistently frustrating due to their lack of professionalism, communication, and basic customer service. Great professional agents.
The agents at this company are extremely unprofessional. I was referred to this agency by another commercial auto insurance company, and was met with anything but kindness by quote agent, Annemarie. Annemarie was not familiar with car rental service, Turo and wanted to berate me as if I was incompetent. All I needed was a quote or referral to another agency who could assist. Poor customer service.
