Devan Hammock is one of the best insurance people that I have ever worked with. He took the time to explain to me the various aspects of my current policies (home, auto, umbrella) and showed me where I was not as protected as I could/should be. In the end, I got better policies and saved money on all my insurance.

This rating is only for the woman who answered the phone (she did not give me her name), I felt that she was unprofessional. She acted like it was an inconvenience that I had called and yelled at me during my phone call. I was telling her my name and why I had called, but she quickly interrupted me and said "I need a policy number." After trying to find me in the system (which she was unable to do - and that is not her fault), she realized that the phone number I was given on my insurance cards for my agent was incorrect. Please retrain the person who answers your phones, she needs some sugar in her coffee cus she had a nasty attitude from the start of my call, AND couldn’t even find the valid and current policy your office made after repeating all the information various times, she made it clearly apparent that the call was an inconvenience. I called the company who was able to not only find the policy with that same information but they also confirmed that it was the correct agents office. Way to show customer service.

The worst service. Ever! They let our policy elapse without even a call after being a 20 year customer. We received no notice or warning. We lost our huge discount and our premium almost doubled. I bet they're happy about that. It is also next to impossible to get a quote for additional policies. We are currently looking for another agent or broker. We will take our business else where.
