The girls doing my Facebook MRI are very nice but the rest of the office couldn’t care less about you after you pay. They gave me a disc that can’t be used with out special software, they won’t let you talk to anyone there past the desk clerk. You can’t get any information on the scan you paid for. I would go somewhere where they care about their patients it’s not here.
RecommendedIt was a great MRI. The staff was very pleasant and the location nice. They gave me earplugs and headphones for music which helped block out the noise very effectively!

Rachel was SO helpful. We needed imaging done before we left town for vacation. They were able to get my daughter in one day later! The office was very clean!

Was told to be here at 12. Was ONTIME. Its now 1:15 and i'm still sitting in their lobby. NEVER AGAIN. Learn to be CONSIDERATE of PEOPLES TIME. This is RIDICULOUS!! By the way Rachel my TIME IS VALUABLE. 2 HOURS LATE STILL NO SERVICE PERFORMED.
Rachel is awesome! She took the time to schedule two appointments and went over the information from the insurance company. It was a Friday late afternoon and I didn’t feel rushed.
