Bad service and unprofessional. Management was uncooperative when the maid broke a pair of $350 sunglasses which the home surveillance picked up and she denied. Company refused to replace them. NEVER again.
Do not use this service. Unreliable! The person showed up a half an hour past the window and blamed it on traffic. The window was a three hour window...I had to call and find out if they were even coming, and even the lady on the phone giving an explanation didn't sound confident when telling me. To say the least, not even half of what I said we needed to get done wasn't done. Exeptional job for the price. Despite the other review we have been using for 3 years and have not had a problem.
1st time user. Maid showed up after window originally given. Did a fair job, but then stayed at our home for 5 HOURS from 5.30pm-10.30pm waiting for the company to pick her up. Company rep showed up and refused to comment on why late, but did not look to be sober. My wife and I called the next day to talk to the owner John - first they said he wasn't there, then they hung up on us whenever we tried calling again.
