Dr.Jill is very professional and didn't rush me when I was explaining my issue. She did notice that I had a lot of eat wax buildup which she flushed out and did the hearing test after that. Turns out I just have lots of eat wax and didn't need any special hearing aids. She didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I would highly recommend Dr. Jill for all of your hearing needs.
Dr Jill was very patient and comforting with the way she explains everything she is doing and then going over the results with you in detail. Patiently answers all questions and is honest. Honestly feel that shes putting your needs first and helps to choose the right treatment for YOU. Would highly recommend Dr Jill and her staff as they were all warm and welcoming. Dr. Jill is a wonderful person and she really listens to her patients. I was comfortable from the beginning to the end of my appointment and felt so happy knowing she was able to help me. Tanya at the front desk was wonderful also. I would recommend this office to anyone.
Dr. Jill did a super job of testing my hearing. Wish I had gotten my hearing checked before now.
