Having struggled with hearing loss my whole life, at 66 finally broke thru the stigma and received my first set hearing aids. Victoria and her staff are awesome and walked me thru every step. It's amazing being woken up to hearing things I was missing.
Most seniors do not easily accept the need to get help with the diminished hearing that is part of the aging process. My experience with Professional Hearing Services was 100% positive in all aspects of going through the process. Dr. Irene was patient, courteous and very knowledge . The follow up was done with perfect timing and frequency to account for questions and problems that have shown up as she has experienced from her 22 years in the field of audiology. Definitely five star rating.
I was well aware that I needed hearing aids but was reluctant to make the appointment. I now regret waiting as long as I did. I met with Dr. Victoria Steinhoff for a hearing test. It was no surprise I was a candidate for hearing aids. Dr. Steinhoff listened to my concerns, which I appreciated. She laid out a plan to move forward. Initial hearing test was thorough, including testing in different environments, background noises and real life scenarios. Dr. Irene was great in explaining my options, costs, pluses and minuses of each. After my selection, she had me in every two weeks to address any issues, including getting my aids to where they are comfortable, settings work well and are easy to insert.
