I was well aware that I needed hearing aids but was reluctant to make the appointment. I now regret waiting as long as I did. I met with Dr. Victoria Steinhoff for a hearing test. It was no surprise I was a candidate for hearing aids. Dr. Steinhoff listened to my concerns, which I appreciated. She laid out a plan to move forward. Extremely pleased with the whole hearing aid experience with Professional Hearing Services. Initial hearing test was thorough, including testing in different environments, background noises and real life scenarios. Dr. Irene was great in explaining my options, costs, pluses and minuses of each. After my selection, she had me in every two weeks to address any issues, including getting my aids to where they are comfortable, settings work well and are easy to insert.
