This was my first time there, no wait time. The front desk had all of my paperwork ready, again no wait time filling out forms. Everyone greeted me with a big smile. I have had loss hearing of hearing for almost 3 weeks. I tried clearing wax myself which did not work. I went to Urgent Care they said I have no wax but I had an infection. For two weeks I was on steroids and other meds. Did not improve, I went to ENT specialists and I easily had my hearing back in 30 minutes. After seeing 3 other ENTs, over an 18 month period I saw Dr. Gardner and he lived up to his impressive bio. He was so nice and patient with my concerns and questions.

I had a very disappointing billing experience with this office. Before my visit, I verified through their website that they accepted my Anthem insurance. During the appointment, the doctor performed a nasal endoscopy, but nobody informed me beforehand that it could result in a separate charge of more than $200 or that insurance might not fully cover it.
