My Name is Maria G. Was my first time here, I’m very grateful to Doctor Mchugh, he was kind, caring and make my fears go away, he listened and helped me. The receptionist was very nice. Staff returned my calls the same day. Everyone was great.
This place is the best place for ENT services. Customer service is top. The Doctor give me all the time in the world to tell my problems and she quietly listened. Definitely going back!
I received a phone call from ENT Specialists of Northern Virginia in Springfield that my hearing aid was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I was asked to take a seat because the hearing aid was not available. I waited for 20 minutes, then went to the receptionist and asked why I has kept waiting. She replied that my hearing aid was with an audiologist, she currently was with a customer, so my hearing aid was unavailable. I was able to get the hearing aid five minutes later. Dr. Mchuge did surgery and his team were great. Highly recommend the Springfield location. Easy to schedule appointments front desk are great.
